Tube structure made from cold rolled steel Æ20x1 mm, welded by arc welding in an inert atmosphere.
The surface finish can be performed:
- Painting: The structure is subjected to a process of degreasing and phosphating amorphous, later receiving a powder paint finish epoxidíticas based resins, namely epoxy-polyester thermoset oven.
- Chrome: After a series of chemical and electrolytic degreasing is deposited on the part a thin layer of nickel by electrolysis and on it a chromium film by the same process. The latter confers resistance to oxidation and excellent wear properties.
The seat and back are made from sheets of poplar 9 1 mm and a high pressure laminate 1 mm on both sides.
In the case of the seat, the bottom will always blank. Edges sanded and waxed.
The structure union - seat / backrest is made with 6 tubular aluminum rivets (4 in the seat and 2 in the back).
The bases of the ends of the tubes are of polythene.
