Collection of benches manufactured from a structure of square steel tube finished with a layer of oven-dried epoxy-polyester paint.
• Metal structure made of 30x30 steel tube, with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
• Structure welded with MAG wire welding. Quality welding that provides optimal rigidity and stability.
• Anticorrosive treatment: The anticorrosive treatment applied before painting is based on the latest generation inorganic nanotechnology. It gives the product more than double protection against corrosion.
• Paint: Powder coating formulated with a mixture of epoxy-polyester/polyester resins oven-dried at high temperature (195 ºC), providing optimal mechanical and chemical properties.
• Paint finish: fine textured. Gray or black color.
• Wooden slats: The seat is made of solid Pine wood slats with a thickness of 22 mm and a width of 100 mm. Finished with Polyurethane Varnish (water-based) in Transparent Gloss. The edges are rounded for greater safety.
