How to prepare the office for a pleasant environment?

Review the basics:
Before to modify big things we must, of course, verify that the office is clean (yes, it seems obvious, but it is worth saying it) and that the office is at a suitable temperature.
Review the office lighting:

A good reception or office counter
We know that the entrance to our office is the letter of introduction for everyone: clients, suppliers and workers. It is important that when someone enters the office they clearly see where to go. If there is a counter, it will be something obvious, but if it is all tables, people still walk around looking to see if someone is serving them... If there is no space for a counter or you want to take advantage of the current furniture, you can always put up a poster or even, attach a supplementary module to a normal office table“as a mezzanine or shelf” to easily and economically convert it into a counter. If you also have the option to update the counter, you can choose between designs, sizes and colors that adapt to the style of the office, modernizing the environment. Sometimes place a rack or a bin at the entrance makes it easy for the office to be tidy. They are small changes that do not cost a lot of money. - And without forgetting the details.
